Job Description:

  • Take and process product orders into the ERP system
  • Contact customers directly for new or previously planned product orders
  • Arrange deliveries of material, gather and review delivery confirmations
  • Process complete/delivered orders for invoicing
  • File completed orders
  • Shared responsibility for answering the phone (redirecting calls when necessary)
  • Monitor, assist and advise on inventory management/control
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Assist sales with business development, aggregate new customer data, etc.
  • Assist sales with recording and reporting market and competitor information
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Detail orientated; quality focused
