We seek a Sales Compensation Analysts based in Chicago, IL, though an alternative work location may be available for a senior-level analyst.  Our client is a leader in their industry with 4K+ employees and due to continued growth needs to add to the team.  As a member of the Sales Incentive Compensation team, The Sales Compensation Analyst will have room to turn their innovative ideas into effective solutions for transforming and empowering how they compensate and motivate their sales professionals. 
               
The Sales Compensation Analyst will be responsible for positive contributions to the Sales Compensation Administration group with responsibilities in crediting, manual calculations, special incentive processing, etc.  Additionally, the Sales Compensation Analyst will be focus on promoting automation and process-centric solutions.  You will participate in the effort to fully operationalize sales incentive compensation, including the integration / maintenance of the commission automation tools (i.e. Xactly).
