Our client is a leading and growing financial institution based in JAX. This position is located in their home office. They are hiring two people for this role. They have an outstanding reputation in the community and as an employer. 

In this role, the Deposit Operations Analyst will be responsible for researching, designing, testing, development and maintenance of business and systems operations as it relates to the Deposit Operations for the financial institution. 
You must know GAP Analysis. You will manage the testing and analysis of existing deposit programs and serve as the Project Leader directing employees to plan and carry out testing and analysis of software. You will manage the deposit portfolio related to system releases and patches and schedule regular follow up reviews. You will prepare reports and develop analysis tools to monitor and communicate to management the quality of operational performance. You will also create and prepare directions and training information for Management to use within the Deposit Servicing Group and for employees in general as it relates to deposit products, services and processes. Will actively research and maintain and solid working knowledge of regulations as they relate to deposit operations such as IRS Regulations, Regulation E, Regulation D, Regulation DD, Regulation CC etc..You will work actively with EXCEL spreadsheets and must be able to analyze them, translate them, build them and communicate findings and trends to various departments within the financial institution. 

In order to be considered for this opportunity you must have at least 3 years of experience with a financial institution preferably related to project management or as an Analyst.
You must posses VERY strong analytical skills, problem solving, organizational and time management skills and be used to and comfortable working in a collaborative environment to accomplish goals. You must also have solid knowledge of Florida Banking Deposit Regulations and statutes regarding deposit operations. You must also demonstrate and maintain confidentiality. 
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required and a working knowledge of Microsoft Project. 

Education requirements include an Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance or Accounting. And continual training in Technology Reporting Tools and Workflow Applications is desired.
